When I go surfskate I'm stoked if I can get one photo, a clip, or if I'm lucky, a good video edit. This past weekend I got all three. My intention for this session was to get one mid-carve frame grab, so I set my GoPro Hero 5 Black to 960p/120fps (960 because it's close to a square composition, and 120 frames per second to get a crisp -- as crisp as I can get with a 960p resolution -- freeze frame of the fast moving action and smooth slow motion too.) Luckily, I got my photo, a couple fun clips (posted on my instagram, and a fun full edit of the session. Enjoy!
